IMPORTANT: If you are returning a PC with your equipment please ensure to create a backup, including any patient databases. You should keep a copy of this backup and not store it on the device being sent in. Guymark will not accept responsibility for any lost information.

INSPECTION FEE: All Equipment sent into our workshop for a repair estimate will be subject to a inspection fee of £160+VAT if the repair work is not carried out.

CARRIAGE FEE: Delivery is charged at £38.50+VAT for parcels up to 20kg & 50 x 50 x 50cm.
