Our manufacturer trained engineers offer repairs on all makes and models of equipment, strong relationships with major brands ensure we stay updated with the latest technologies
We perform small repairs on site, such as replacing earphone cushions or leads etc. Faults that need a more in depth analysis would need to be carried out at our laboratory.
Once at our premises an engineer will be assigned to your equipment, they will investigate the faults reported and provide a quotation for your approval which will detail the fault found and any cost of repair. If you wish to proceed with the repair please respond to the email and arrange for a purchase order to be raised where applicable.
Once the instrument is repaired it will be returned to you with a service report and carries a 90 day repair guarantee. We will add a history of the repair to our database so if we see your instrument again we know it’s service history.

All received instruments are booked onto our service database.
If your instrument does not arrive safely we will inform you immediately and send images for you to contact your despatch provider.
All instruments for repair will receive a quotation itemising the fault, cause and action required.
All costs will be included and no repair will take place without your agreed authorisation.
A purchase order (account holders only) or other payment method will be required.
If you decide you do not wish to go ahead with the repair and need the instrument returned, you will be charged an inspection fee and return carriage.
If you wish for the instrument to be disposed of, we can carry this out in line with WEEE regulations at no charge.
We will use DHL or DPD to safely despatch your instrument, tracking information will be provided on your invoice.
An digital copy of your service and/or calibration certificate will be issued to you by email.
